Good news the overdose of laxatives has done something positive after all, my scales have finally moved. 12,6 today...
I wanted to be 12,5 for the start of week 4 tomorrow so im chuffed to be back on track after a plateau (from constipation).
Had a cup of coffee with sweeteeners and a teaspoon of the fibre 89... fingers crossed this helps my bowels!
Starting the day on a pint of water and a banana tetra. I have a few sachets left but am loving the ready made cartons. So much easier and really tasty too!
I am feeling a million times better today, no stomach cramps! I was soooo worried yesterday thinking that if i keep suffering from such painful constipation then i may not be able to continue with this fantastic diet... i was even reduced to tears!!!
Thankfully it was'nt the constipation that had me in agony but my overdose... so DO NOT take more than the recommended senokot max strength!!!
Nearly into week 4, i cannot believe how fast time has gone. A week tomorrow i get to eat solids!
Just cannot believe how smooth things have gone...
Here are my losses so far (on my home scales);
starting weight 14,1
week 1 13,1 (14lbs)
week 2 12,9 (20lbs)
week 3 12,5 (23lbs)
week 3 weigh in is actually tomorrow morning so i am guessing it will be 12,5 as 12,6 today...
i really hope to hit the 2 stone mark at the end of week 4 just before i have to add a meal. This may help to motivate me to be soooo strict on add a meal and def not cheat!!!
Not long now til i hit goal, this is a fab feeling to lose so much so fast. I have got so many things to look forward to and it really helps to keep me on the straight and narrow. It does help that the shakes taste nice (unlike lighterlife). I have decided to aim for 50lb loss, a nice round number. This means 10,7. Not quite what i want to get to (9,7) but a good goal to aim for.
50lb sounds good huh??? well alsost half way there which is great! 23lbs gone... 27lbs to go!!!
Keep with me and feel free to comment or ask questions if i have missed anything (doubt it... i tend to waffle lol)
